Senior Exams matter. 

Not only do they prepare you well for you External Exams this coming November but they also provide opportunities to establish a "Derived Grade". This is the grade that you will recieve if you are justifiably unable to attend an External Examination: for example, through illness or bereavement. These exams also set the tone for Term 4 and provide the backbone of your next mentoring conversation.
